Why We Do It
Our Story
My journey into real estate took off in 2018 when I stumbled upon the BiggerPockets podcast. As a military spouse new to Florida, I had big dreams of house hacking a duplex, but when I found that multi-family homes were hard to come by, I decided to dive into the world of Airbnb instead. Renting out my two spare bedrooms not only covered my mortgage and utilities but also gave me some extra cash each month. My background of hospitality combined with my new love of real estate investing in a beautiful marriage- I was instantly hooked!
This newfound passion inspired me to create Host My Home, where I help property owners turn their investments into cash flow machines. After moving to Virginia, I jumped into investor meetups to share the perks of short-term rentals, and the response was overwhelming. Many of my clients started with just one property and quickly expanded their portfolios. I’m dedicated to helping others reach their investment goals. Now as a mother of two, I’m so grateful to be able to grow my business while supporting my amazing team and family.
